4 to 6 pork chops, 1/2" thick
1 Tbsp mustard
1 no. 303 can cream style corn
2 Tbsp finely chopped onions
1 Tbsp finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
2/3 cup soft bread crumbs
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper pork chops and brown in skillet. Spread with mustard and place in baking dish or leave in electric skillet. Pour creamed corn, water, onions and green onions over pork chops and top with bread crumbs. Cook at 350º F covered for 15 minutes and 45 minutes uncovered.
