1 can spinach
4 eggs beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup cubed firm white bread
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Drain spinach squeezing out excess liquid. Combine all other ingredients, pour into 1 quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 375º for about 25-30 minutes or until knife test shows it is done.
