1 lb sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 cup uncooked minute rice
1 cup grated velvetta cheese
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
1 can water

Brown sausage and drain. Add other ingredients, mix well and pour in 9 x13 casserole dish. Bake 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.at 350º
