4 medium potatoes, cut in 1/4 inch wedges w/peel
12 asparagus spears,cut in thirds. Discard woody stems.
2 small medium tomatoes halved and sliced
Handful of green beans cut in 1 inch pieces.
1 medium onion cut in wedges
1 clove garlic minced
Dash of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh or dried herbs of your choice to taste

Heat up the grill while you chop vegetables and place them on a sheet of alum foil 2 feet long.

Drizzle with olive oil, along with herb's and seasonings.

Fold up the foil into a packet so the vegetables will steam while getting just a touch of grilled flavor. Sear a little bit.

Place the packet on a medium hot grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes.(the potatoes are the key, since they take longer to cook than most vegetables)
