3 Cans Black Eyed Peas - well drained
4 Green Onions - sliced
1/2 Cup Onion - chopped
1 Med. Green Pepper - diced
1 Tomato - chopped
1 Jalapeņo Pepper - seeded and chopped
1/2 - 1 Cup Fresh Parsley - chopped
1 - 8oz. Bottle Italian Dressing

Mix, cover and refrigerate for several hours. Serve with chips or as a salad.
