1 whole chicken with the skin
3 c. chicken broth, divided
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
1 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer chicken in water until done. Pull the meat from the bones and set aside. Preserve the broth. Melt margarine and stir in the stuffing mix. Set aside. Mix 2 cans of soup with 1/2 cup broth. In a 9X13 baking dish or pan, layer 1/2 of the dressing mix. Cover with all of the chicken. Cover this with the soup and the remaining dressing mix. Pour 2 1/2 cups broth over the casserole. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes or until browned and warmed through.
