1 1/2 C cracker crumbs (saltines)
3 tbsp. Margarine
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 pt oysters drained
1/2 c oyster liquid
1 1/2 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put a thin layer of crumbs in the bottom of a well greased baking dish; dot with 1 tablespoon of butter. Top with half the oysters and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with crumbs and dot with 1 tablespoon of butter. Add half oyster liquid and milk. Repeat remaining layers. Bake in oven 400 degrees for 20 min or until crumbs are brown
