Cabbage, shredded to make 3-4 cups
4 chopped green onions
2 T. sesame seeds
1/3 c. almond slivers
1 pkg Ramen chicken noodle soup
2 T. sugar
3 T. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Toast sesame seeds over medium heat until they just start to pop. Remove, and allow to cool in salad bowl. Add almond slivers to hot pan, and stir while toasting until light brown and fragrant. Allow to cool in salad bowl.

Shred 3-4 cups of cabbage in a food processor, or buy pre-shredded cabbage. Place in salad bowl with green onion.

To make dressing, combine and stir remaining ingredients. Toss together just prior to serving.
