1 T. veg oil
4 boneless pork chops (about 1 lb.), 3/4 in. thick
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1 pkg (1 oz.) ranch salad dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a 10 in. skillet over med. heat
2. Add the pork and cook until its well browned on both sides.
3. Stir in soup, milk and 1/2 pkg salad dressing mix in the skillet and heat to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 10 min. or until the pork is cooked through.
5 Serve with Ranch Style Rice.
Ranch Style Rice:
1. Heat 3 c. water and remaining salad dressing mix in a 3 qt. saucepan over med-high heat to a boil.
2. Stir in 1/1/2 c. uncooked regular long grain white rice and cook according to the pkg directions.
