1 can of black beans, rinsed & drained
2 tbsp. Light Mayonnaise
3/4 cup packed fresh cilantro chopped
1 Tbsp. plain dried bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp Hot pepper sauce (if desired)
cooking spray
lettuce
4 mini 4inch whole-wheat pitas, warmed
1/2 cup salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Mash beans with with mayonnaise with potato masher until almost smooth.
Stir in cilantro, bread crumbs, cumin and pepper sauce (if desired)
Shape into 3 inch round patties.

Spray both sides of patties lightly with non-stick cookie spray.
Heat a 10 inch skillet until hot. Add patties and cook until lightly browned, (about 3 minutes).
With pancake turner, turn patties over and heat thoroughly untie heated through, 3 minutes longer.

Arrange lettuce on pitas; top with burgers and salsa.
