1 1/2 c. macaroni
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni until tender. Prepare sauce while macaroni is boiling. Melt butter, added flour & stir together. Slowly add milk. Can cook on stove top until thickened or in microwave on medium high 1 minute at a time for approximately 3 minutes, stirring throughout cooking. When thickened add salt, pepper and most of the shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Add macaroni and mix together. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.

Bake in 350º oven for 35-40 minutes.

For milk substitute 1 large can evaporated milk topped up with milk to make 2 cups.
