1-lb. can red salmon
1-8oz. pkg cream cheese (at room temp.)
1-Tbsp. lemon juice
2-tsp. grated onion
1-tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4- tsp. salt
1/4-/tsp liquid smoke
1/2-cup chopped pecans
3-Tbsp. snipped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Drain Salmon & mix well with rest of ingredients except pecans and parsley. Place in refrigerator to chill. Make 2 logs out of mixture and roll each in pecans w/parsley. Store in wax paper and foil. Can be frozen for later use.
Serve with your favorite fancy crackers.
