1 loaf of white bread
Approx. 1 cup of celery (diced)
Approx. 1 cup onions (diced)
2 cans of chicken broth
1 stick margarine or butter
Sage
Salt
Pepper
Thawed 10-12# turkey

Directions:
Directions:
Break bread up into a cookie sheet in small pieces. Sprinkle with sage, salt and pepper. Let dry out overnight. Place diced celery and onion with 1 stick of margarine or butter in a skillet and simmer until soft. Prepare turkey and clean throughly the cavity and neck. Mix in a big bowl the bread with chicken broth, celery and onion mixture. Mixture should be a little sticky but not wet. Place into the turkey chest cavity and neck. Secure with toothpicks or use foil to cover the areas. Place in large cooking bag and follow the directions.
ALSO : Dressing can be placed in a greased baking dish with turkey legs or wings on top and baked at 350º for about 1-2 hours.

You can adjust the salt, pepper and sage to your taste. Also, you can add more cooked celery and onion.
Just like grandma used to make!!!!

You also can make the dressing and put in baking dish. Add chicken or turkey breasts on top and bake.
