1 cup sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1 cup peanuts
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
In large glass bowl, microwave on high for 4 minutes, sugar and corn syrup.

Stir in peanuts and salt. Microwave for 4 minutes or until light brown.

Add butter and vanilla. Blend well.

Microwave for 1-2 minutes. The syrup will be VERY hot.

Stir in baking soda and stir gently until light and foamy.

Pour onto greased cookie sheet.

Makes 1 pound.
