Baked French Toast
2 bricks 8 oz cream cheese
12 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 c sugar
bag frozen blueberries

1 cup blueberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
French toast
tear up bread and put in pan. Dot bread with cup of cream cheese. Reserve 1 c blueberries and sprinkle blueberries over bread. Beat eggs, milk and sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Pour over bread and let it sit overnight. Bake at 250 1 hour or until middle stops wiggling.

syrup
Boil sugar and water 5 minutes and add blueberries. Cook until appropriate consistency. Will get thicker when cools.
