1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp garlic
1 Tbsp butter
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 egg yokes
8 drops tabasco
1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped pistachios
9 phyllo sheets
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 to 4 Tbsp pistachio, for sprinkles on top

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in 1 Tbsp butter until soft for 2 - 4 minutes. Beat cream cheese, egg yokes, worchester, tabasco and lemon juice until smooth. Stir in onion mixture and 1/2 cup nuts.
3 sheets of phyllo makes 3 rolls like a strudel.
Cut roles into 1 inch pieces filling side up. Sprinkle with remaining pistachios.
Bake at 375.
