2 scant cups unsifted flour
4 good tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 scant tsp. sugar
1/3 scant cup crisco
1 scant cp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Sift together first four ingredients. With hand, add Crisco. Stir in milk. After mixing, knead in more flour to make a smooth dough. Roll out to 1/3 inch thickness. Put on ungreased cookie sheet about 1/2 inch apart. Mark about 3 times on top with fork. Put a little Crisco on top.
Bake 12-15 min.
