1/2 C. hazelnuts or pecans
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fat on chops to prevent curling, being careful not to cut into the meat. Mix mustard, mayonnaise and oil together. Place remaining ingredients, except pork, into the bowl of a food processor. Process until the nuts are finely chopped. Set oven to broil. Spread mustard mixture over both sides of the chops, evenly coating. Coat evenly with the nut mixture. Broil 6 inches from heat about 10 minutes per side until browned and no longer pink. Serves 6.

Personal Notes:
This sounds like a strange recipe, but it is truly delicious. A good alternative to fried pork chops.
