1# Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage
1# ground chuck
1# Velveeta cheese
1/2 - 3/4 tsp garlic salt (according to taste)
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 can (8 oz) mushrooms chopped
1 loaf party rye (sm squares) or thinly sliced Artisan bread of choice

Brown sausage and hamburger - drain well. Add cheese and cook until cheese melts. Add mushrooms, garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well...cook another 5 minutes on low to flavor. Spread on bread. You can freeze on cookie sheet then store in plastic bag. To serve, heat under broiler until nicely browned on top. If frozen, thaw first and then broil.
