2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. lemon and pepper seasoning salt
1/3 cup crushed seasoned croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spinach, cream cheese, milk and seasoning salt until well blended.

Spoon mixture into a 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle with crushed croutons.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until thouroughly heated.

I will add some nutmeg to brighten the flavor but it was not part of the original recipe. Panko bread crumbs can be substituted for the croutons.
