½ lb Sweet butter (room temperature)
½ cup Confectioners sugar
¼ lb Almonds or walnuts, coarsely ground
2 ½ cups Flour
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
1. Cream butter and sugar together.
2. Add nuts. Work in the nuts (mix with hands).
3. Add vanilla.
4. Form into small tubes about the size of your pinky.
5. Bake on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart until light brown.
6. Let cool on rack.
7. Roll in sugar.
