2-4 Boneless skinless chicken breast
pkg. Barbecue Potato Chip crushed
1/2 cup butter; melted
4 slices of ham
8 slices Monterey Jack Cheese
toothpick for securing

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten Chicken breasts; remove fillet piece (cook separate); dip breast in melted butter then into crushed chips; place on cookie sheet; add 1 slice cheese, 1 slice ham and another slice cheese; add another coated chicken breast; Bake 350º F for 35 minutes or until chicken done. Can bake coated fillet pieces with this but they are done sooner for an appetizer.
