1 C. Shortening
1 1/2 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
2 3/4 C. Flour
2 tsp. Cream of Tarter
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar & eggs together. Then add flour, cream of tarter, soda & salt. Mix well. Chill 30 minutes. Roll into balls the size of a walnut.

Mix together 2 Tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Roll the balls in the mixture. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 10 minutes @ 350º
