9 c apple pulp
Water
9 c sugar
1 box surejell
1 tsp cinnamon

Prepare jars: Wash and sterilize jars

Prepare Apple Pulp: Peel and slice apples. Cook apples in enough water to cover them in pan. Cook until soft and mushy. Put in blender. Put in strainer. Put back in pot.

Mix apple pulp and sure jell together and bring to a boil. Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Add apple mixture and bring to a rolling boil that can't be stirred down. Let boil hard for 1 minute. Remove foam in any and pour in jars. Tighten lids - hope it seals and jells!
