8 c. lettuce and spinach
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. pecans, toasted
thinly sliced red onion rings
Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and drain lettuce. Slice pecans lengthwise and bake at 250º in butter for 10-15 minutes. Add oranges, pecans and red onions to lettuce.

Serve with Hartville sweet and sour dressing.
