4 cups bread, broken
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1 cup raisins
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Beat eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Pour over bread and mix. Bake 1 hour at 350º. Pudding is done when knife inserted comes out clean.

Soak raisins in boiling water for about 5 minutes before using, to plump.
