1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs separated yolk and white
1 T milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour
Topping: 1 tsp sugar + 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter. Add sugar, egg yolks, milk and vanilla. Beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients and mix well.

Chill dough for 3 hours.

Roll dough thin and cut with cookie cutters. Brush cookies with the egg whites and sprinkle with the topping.

Bake at 375º on an ungreased cookie sheet for 8 minutes.
