6 lg. green peppers
1 lb. hamburger
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 cup cooked rice
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste

Cut stem end off each pepper and remove seeds. Rise. Cook peppers in enough boiling water to cover for 5 minutes; drain. Cook and stir hamburger and onion until hamburger is light brown; drain. Stir in salt, garlic salt, rice and 1 cup of tomato sauce and heat through. Stuff each pepper with hamburger mixture; stand upright in ungreased baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over peppers. Cover and cook at 350º for 45 minutes or in microwave for about 15 minutes on high.
