18 Unbaked Tart Shells
Filling
3/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
1/4 Cup Corn Syrup
2 Tbsp Softened Butter
1 Tsp Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450ºF. In a bowl, whisk together ingredients vigorously. Stir in currants (optional). Spoon into pastry-lined tart shells. Fill 3/4 full. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until filling is puffed and bubbly and pastry is light brown. Let cool on racks.
