1 lb. ground beef
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
oil
salt, pepper to taste
1 cup pineapple juice
4 slices pineapple, cut up
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
6 Tbsp. water
1/2 cup sugar
3 lg green peppers, cut into strips

Directions:

Combine ground beef, egg, 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, salt, onion and pepper. Shape into balls. Brown in small amount of oil; drain. Combine oil with juice; cook over low heat for a few minutes. Combine remaining 3 Tbsp. cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, water and sugar. Add to pineapple juice mixture, and cook till thickens, stirring constantly. Add meatballs, pineapple, and green peppers. Heat thoroughly. Serve hot.
