2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup cornstarch

Sauce:
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup chicken bouillion

Directions:
Directions:
Season cubed chicken with salt, coat with eggs and with cornstarch. Brown pieces in oil. Remove and place in baking dish or crockpot.

Mix sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over chicken and *bake till tender and golden brown.

Oven: 350 º 45 minutes in 9x13" dish
Crockpot: High-90 minutes.

Can add crushed pineapple, chopped green pepper, etc. and serve with rice or chinese noodles.
