1 lb. liver
1/2 sliced onion
1/2 cup water
flour
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil on medium heat in skillet. Rinse liver, flour and brown on both sides in oil. Place sliced onions over. Cover and simmer 1/2 hour, turning once.
