1 box stove top stuffing, beef flavor
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Make stuffing according to package directions. *Spread stuffing on top of steak. Roll up and pin with toothpicks. Bake 1 1/2 hours-2 hours at 325º.

*Tenderize meat first.
