8 lg. pork chops
4 Tbsp. oil
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Season chops with salt and pepper, then dip in flour to cover. Heat oil in heavy skillet, and brown chops on both sides, quickly. Place chops in a baking dish and pour soup over. Start cooking in oven at 450º, until bubbly. Reduce heat to 350º and cook 40 minutes more. Serve with rice or noodles.
