1 chicken (boiled & boned)
1 pkg flour tortillas
1 can whole tomatoes
1 block sharp cheddar (grated) 1/2ea. centers/top
1 pkg. enchilada mix
2 cans (8oz) tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put sauce and mix into a skillet and lay tortillas flat, lightly soak both sides, open and put cut tomatoes, chicken, cheese and sauce inside tortillas, with chopped onions (opt), roll and place in greased casserole dish. Pour remaining sauce on top and other 1/2 of cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
