Ingredients:  
Layer the following ingredients in order:

1 head lettuce (shredded)
1 pkg. sprouts (alfalfa, clover, etc.)
1/2 cup chopped green onions
3-4 stalks thinly sliced celery
2 cups julienne jhikama
1 10 or 15 oz. frozen peas (rinsed in hot water & drained)
2 cups mayonnaise

Mix together the following & sprinkle over mayonnaise:
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

4 boiled eggs (grated)
3 oz. or 1/2 cup real bacon bits

Directions:

Layer all the ingredients as listed, grate on the boiled eggs and sprinkle top with bacon bits. Make salad and refrigerate over night or at least 2 hours.
