1 frozen bag of broccoli florets or 1 frozen box of chopped broccoli (cooked as noted on bag or box)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water (use soup can)
1 can white rice (use soup can)
2 whole large chicken breasts, shredded or cubed (boiled and seasoned to taste)
1/2 block Velveeta© cheese, cubed
1/2 can of French's© French fried onions (or as desired)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Cook broccoli in sauce pan, add soup and water mix together until creamy. Add rice and cooked chicken to mixture in sauce pan. Gradually add cheese cubes to mixture. Once cheese is melted pour into casserole dish. Top with French fried onions and bake 20 min.

Mother loves her French fried onions ;D. She crunches up a 1/2 can and stirs them into the casserole, then adds the other 1/2 can to the top before baking.
