1-1/2 c sugar
4 oz unsweetened chocolate melted bar
1/2 c cooking oil
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
2 c flour

Directions:
Preheat oven for 375
Cook time: 8 mins

Beat eggs, sugar, chocolate, oil and vanilla. Mix baking powder and flour together then gradually add rest of mixture. Chill for 2 hrs.
Roll batter into 1 inch balls, then roll in powdered sugar (generous coating)
