3 c Flour
6 Tbsp cocoa
2 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

3/4 c oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 c cold water
Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 13 x 9 inch pan with cooking spray. Mix together the first 5 ingredients and pour into pan. Mix together the oil, vanilla, vinegar. Make 3 wells and pour in liquid. Pour 2 c cold water over all and mix with a fork.

Bake 30-35 minutes at 350º
