Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsps sugar
1 1/2 c hot water
1 package dry yeast
approximately 4 1/2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the sugar and yeast in the hot water. Stir in the salt. Gradually stir in the flour, one cup at a time. Add more flour, if needed, to make a soft, not sticky dough. Knead dough until it is smooth and elastic (about 8-10 minutes). Shape as desired. For breadsticks, simply pat dough out until about an inch thick. Slice with sharp knife into desired width and length. Can also shape into pretzels.
Place on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and bake at 425-450 for approximately 12-15 minutes.

For pizza, pat or roll out the dough to the desired thickness and place in a greased pan. Spread with sauce and desired toppings and bake at 425-450 degrees until crust turns a light brown and toppings are done.

If desired, coat pretzels or breadsticks with 1 egg, beaten, before baking and sprinkle with salt or sesame or poppy seeds.
