1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion- chopped
2 cloves garlic- mashed
4 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
2 8 oz. cans water
1 small 6 oz. can tomato paste
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershine
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Marjoram
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. Rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat.
Drain off grease.
Put in crock pot with tomato sauce and water.
Add all ingredients.
Cook in crock pot on low all day.
Refrigerate leftovers and use later.

Personal Notes:
If you double the recipe, only use 3 tsp Rosemary, 2 tsp. Oregano, and approximately 1/2 tsp. additional of other spices. Do not double spices, but you can double all other ingredients.
