2 cups scalded milk
4 pkg. yeast
9 eggs
9 cups flour
2 Tbp. lard/shortening
1 lb. butter
3 lbs. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Scald milk add butter and shortening. Dissolve yeast in warm water..Mix together. Raise in fridge. Roll dough on sugared cloth. Cut and sprinkle with nuts.

Bake at 400* for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
