Ground chuck or ground pork
small onion chopped
garlic
salt and pepper
shredded cabbage
won ton skins

Sauce:
Rice vinegar
soy sauce
a touch of mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well cabbage and all other ingredients; cook for about 5 minutes or until cabbage is done; remove from heat and cool; roll in won ton skins; fry lightly with cover on both sides; remove from heat and cool; deep fry sprinkle with water and stem a few minutes.

Make sauce and serve while hot.
