2 lbs. Owen's sausage
1 tsp. Tabasco
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 medium box Pioneer Biscuit Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese and sausage. Let stand at room temperature. Add hot sauce and biscuit mix; blend well. Dough should be very stiff. Pinch small amount, roll into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 325º.
