6-7 Granny Smith apples
16 oz whole cranberry sauce
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup packed brown sugar;
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cranberry sauce, sugar, and 2 Tbsp flour. Peel, core and slice apples. Add to cranberry mixture and toss to coat well. Pour into shallow baking dish. Combine pecans, oats, brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour, cinnamon and melted butter. Mix together well. Sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake at 375º for 35-40 minutes until well browned and bubbly.

Note: This can be served with ice cream, and used as a dessert. But it is such a yummy breakfast, and really healthy, just as it is.
