1c flour
3/4 c sugar
2Tablespoons cocoa
2 tsp. Baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c milk
2 Tablespoons oil
1tsp vanilla
1 c nuts
Topping
1 c brown sugar
1/4 c cocoa
Directions:
Directions:
In a ungreased 8 inch square pan, stir flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder salt. Mix in milk oil and vanilla with fork until smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread evenly in a pan
Sprinkle with topping mix and pour 1 3/4 cup hot water on top. Bake 40 min Let stand 15 min serve over ice cream
