Ingredients:
Ingredients:
chicken pieces
1 cup Ritz or Town House cracker crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (not fresh)
1/4 cup dried parsley flakes
garlic salt or powder to taste
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Dip the chicken in the melted margarine, then roll each piece in the crumb mixture. Place in a sided pan (jelly roll pan lined with foil works great). Pour excess margarine over the chicken (do not leave this step out!). Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. (Less time if you are using chicken tenders or smaller pieces of chicken). Do not turn the chicken.

Note: Great served as the main meat dish or also works well over pasta with marinara sauce.
