1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
1 (11 ounce) can corn, drained
1 (32 ounce) package frozen tater tots
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 cup milk
shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray large casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is no longer pink; drain. Stir in corn. Spoon beef mixture into casserole; top with tater tots.

In bowl, combine soups and milk; pour over casserole. Bake, covered, 30 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 minutes longer. Serves 6.
