4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 limes
2 egg whites
2 cloves of garlic, pressed
1 cup finely crushed nacho flavored tortilla chips
4 oz can whole green chilies, drained
1/2 cup shredded monterrey jack cheese
2 tsp finely chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Spray 13x9 baking dish with non-stick spray. Flatten chicken breasts slightly. Cut limes in half and juice into small bowl. Add egg whites and garlic. Whisk until frothy. Set aside. Place crushed tortilla chips in shallow dish. Dip chicken breasts in egg white mixture, then roll in tortilla chips. Place chicken in pan. Bake 20-22 minutes. Cut green chilies into strips and arranged strips over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 2-3 minutes until cheese melts. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cilantro.
