3 cups sugar
1/4 cup warm water
3 cups raw peanuts
1 cup white corn syrup
1 stick butter
1 tbsp vanilla
dash salt
red food color
Directions:
Directions:
Bring mixture of sugar, water, and corn syrup to boil. Allow to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add butter, vanilla, salt, and about 7-8 drops of food coloring, and the peanuts. Stir mixture (actually beat it) until it turns a light pink color. Pour onto plate or into muffin tins. Cool.
